The Origami is a Japanese ceramic or resin dripper designed to work with both V60 cone-style filters and Kalita Wave flat-bottom filters depending on which included tray you use—effectively making it two drippers in one. Origami folds along the inside create a characteristic ridged pattern that prevents the filter from sealing against the walls. The ceramic version is hand-crafted in the Mino ware tradition of Japan and is the most aesthetically prized dripper in specialty coffee circles. Cup quality is excellent with either filter type.
